Marcantonio.js

Marcantonio.js is an abstraction layer for Raphaël_ meant to make it easier to
quickly create basic interactive graphics.

Adding interactivity to static graphics is especially quick, but for more
complicated interactions, all of the underlying Raphaël elements are still
accessible.
